Global Payments is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for Portfolio Analytics to join our Global SMB team. You will shape analytics that drive customer value, product adoption, and revenue across the existing portfolio from our London hub.

You will build segmentation, predictive models, and test-and-learn programs; automate data workflows in Python and SQL; and partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into commercial actions.

Qualifications

• Proven analytics experience focused on customer value optimization and revenue growth.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills with data prep and modeling experience.
• Experience designing test-and-learn frameworks and translating results into commercial actions.

Responsibilities

• Use advanced analytics to identify opportunities that increase customer value and revenue across the portfolio.
• Design segmentation, predictive models, and test-and-learn programs to drive cross-selling and retention.
• Analyze transactional and financial data and evaluate new data sources to improve models.
• Collaborate with Service and Relationship Management to map customer journeys and translate insights into strategy.
• Develop automated Python- and SQL-based workflows for data preparation and performance measurement.
