Qualifications

• Proven experience leading analytics teams and setting priorities.
• Strong commercial analytics experience focused on customer value optimization, cross-selling, retention and engagement.
• Track record partnering with senior stakeholders to translate insights into outcomes.
• Strong understanding of advanced analytics including SQL, Python, segmentation, predictive modeling and test-and-learn.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Engineering, Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and inspire a team of analytics professionals, setting clear priorities and accountability.
• Set analytics strategy and roadmap for the customer portfolio to boost value, adoption, engagement and revenue.
• Develop segmentation, predictive models, test-and-learn programs and optimization strategies for cross-sell and retention.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate business problems into analytical priorities and actionable insights.
• Oversee quality and impact of analytics using SQL/Python, data across platforms, automation and metrics.
