Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Manager, Data Analytics, Portfolio Analytics to lead a growing analytics team within the Global SMB group. The role focuses on shaping the analytics roadmap, increasing customer value, product adoption, engagement and revenue.

You will partner with senior business leaders to translate challenges into analytical priorities, and guide the team in developing actionable insights using SQL, Python and modern data platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading analytics teams and setting priorities.
• Strong commercial analytics focused on customer value optimization and engagement.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business problems into analytical priorities.
• Expertise in advanced analytics (segmentation, predictive modeling, test-and-learn).
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Engineering, Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and inspire a team of analytics professionals and set priorities.
• Set analytics strategy for the customer portfolio to drive value, adoption, engagement and revenue.
• Develop segmentation, predictive models, test‑and‑learn programs and optimization strategies.
• Act as a senior analytics partner translating business challenges into actionable insights.
• Oversee quality, scalability and impact of analytics using SQL/Python and data platforms.
