FIS is seeking a Manager of Project Management to oversee the execution of multiple projects using the organization's methodology. You will develop, prioritize and submit plans, budgets and approaches while defining resources, performance reviews and post-implementation evaluations.

You will own successful delivery across programs, managing project managers and aligning with organizational objectives, timelines and quality metrics in a fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience coordinating internal and external resources.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.

Responsabilités

• Assists upper-level management with project plans, budgets and methodologies.
• Facilitates data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes.
• Collaborates with project management teams to foster open communication.
• Acts as SME to progress ongoing programs and contribute to growth and brand recognition.
• Oversees initiation, planning, execution and closure of projects across aspects like plans, costs, scope, risks and quality.
