CardWorks Financial Group in New York is seeking a Director, Project Manager to lead technology and business initiatives in a regulated financial services setting. You will coordinate across business, technology, operations, vendors, and clients to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.

You will develop plans, manage risks, communicate with sponsors, and ensure governance, security, and compliance. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and delivering

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, finance or related field.
• 7-8 years of project management experience coordinating tech and business initiatives.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with client-facing implementations, onboarding, or tech delivery.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet or MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate technology and business projects from initiation through implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs and documentation.
• Coordinate activities across business, technology, operations, vendors and clients.
• Facilitate meetings, status reviews and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor progress, risks and issues; escalate as needed for informed decisions.
• Support implementation, testing, release readiness and post-deployment activities.
• Provide status updates, metrics and governance reports to sponsors.
• Ensure activities comply with governance, security and regulatory expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
