Job summary

S.S. is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead technology delivery initiatives across multiple vendors in the banking/financial services sector.

This role oversees initiation through closing, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and PMBOK standards, while coordinating internal teams and external partners. You will manage governance, risk, and change management, and report progress with executive-ready updates.

Qualifications

• Requires PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
• 5–10 years PM/PMO experience, including technology delivery in banking or financial services.
• Strong experience managing vendor-based implementations (SaaS, core systems, fintech).
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and drive governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation and strategy alignment with business lines.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, including evaluation, design, and implementation.
• Manage the project lifecycle per PMBOK standards including planning, execution, and closing.
• Coordinate cross-vendor dependencies and ensure alignment with architecture, security, and governance.
