Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking a Director, Platform Management to own the integration layer between proposal platforms and the broader technology stack.

You will align platform capabilities with business goals, drive governance frameworks, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure accurate proposals and optimized installer workflows. The role requires deep experience in platform partnerships, API integration, and strategic guidance across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in platform management or related fields.
• Experience owning or managing technology platform partnerships from contract through integration.
• Working knowledge of API integrations and translating business requirements to technical specs.
• Track record of driving measurable commercial outcomes such as attach rate or conversion lift.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform governance, KPIs, and partnership health reviews.
• Define and maintain integration architecture and data flow between platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless installer workflows.
• Communicate platform status, risks, and milestones to leadership.
• Drive ongoing optimization of platform capabilities to support new products and channels.
