Qualifications
- 6-8 years experience in integrations product management or related fields.
- Experience leading API and integration initiatives in complex environments.
- Experience with Agile delivery and backlog management.
- Strong analysis, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience building roadmaps, business cases, and measurable outcomes.
- Familiarity with Jira/Confluence and product tooling.
Responsibilities
- Own vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of API and enterprise integrations.
- Define strategies, governance, and standards for scalable integrations.
- Translate business needs into reusable integration services.
- Prioritize backlog, write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Establish API/integration standards, docs, versioning, and monitoring.
- Drive delivery across CRM, ERP, data platforms, and third-party apps.
- Collaborate with engineering to align with target architecture.
- Analyze usage and KPIs to improve adoption and value.
