Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking a Manager of Onboarding & Integration to lead the onboarding and integration program for business partners.

You will direct end‑to‑end processes, collaborate with sales, operations, and risk teams, and drive strategic improvements across the partnership lifecycle. The role requires 8–10+ years in customer service or operations, strong CRM experience, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8–10+ years in customer service, operations, or related roles.
• Experience with CRM tools and project management platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead installer back-office processes and inquiries about EnFin partnership requirements.
• Oversee partner offboarding management including intake, triage, escalation, reporting, and QA.
• Direct onboarding, build relationships to drive partner success and monitor industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and improve Business Partner agreements.
• Partner with project managers and risk manager to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Conduct risk assessments during onboarding and continuously monitor partner risk.
• Ensure onboarding requests meet SLAs and validate banking details via ACH portal.
• Review contracts and documents for compliance and alignment.
• Maintain deep understanding of products, services, and internal policies.
• Analyze partner feedback and propose operational improvements.
• Develop and maintain partner reporting systems and internal stakeholder reports.
• Lead and mentor onboarding coordinators for team success and development.
