Job summary

Elite is seeking a Director, Platform & Intelligence Value Stream to own the end-to-end value stream—foundation services, AI/data capabilities, and go-to-market strategies. You will own the roadmap for orchestration, AI, rules, and unified access, collaborating with engineering and product lines to enable reusable platform services.

The role blends strategy and delivery, leading a small team and partnering with Security and Architecture to embed governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 10+ years in product management with ownership of platform or data/AI products, including leading managers.
• Experience productizing AI/ML or agentic capabilities into shipped B2B products.
• Hands-on productization of foundational services like workflow, identity, rules engines, or data services.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake) and data offerings.
• Experience pricing and commercializing data products or platform integrations.
• Data governance, access control, or compliance experience in regulated settings.
• Track record of end-to-end delivery with backlog-driven outcomes.
• Strong people leadership and cross-functional influence across Engineering and Business partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; experience with large-scale SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps; travel up to 10–25%.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform and data services roadmap, from foundation to scale.
• Lead the value stream with a single prioritized backlog and clear ROI outcomes.
• Grow a standing team of domain experts and analysts; partner with Security/Architecture on governance.
• Define value metrics, commercial models, and enable sales/Services with compelling narratives.
