Job summary

Red River Software is seeking a Director, AI Innovation & Infrastructure to own platform infrastructure, AI enablement, and architectural governance. The role drives cloud strategy, reliability, and security while enabling rapid AI experimentation at scale.

You will lead DevOps, platform modernization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, secure SaaS solutions with global reach.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud architecture, infrastructure, and runtime environments for the platform.
• Lead DevOps/TechOps functions including CI/CD, deployment automation, and monitoring.
• Build AI infrastructure to support AI/ML workflows, data pipelines, and model deployment.
• Define long-term technical strategy and govern architectural changes across services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform-level insights and delivery.
