Job summary

Elite is seeking a Director, Platform & Intelligence Value Stream to own the end-to-end platform foundation and AI/data capabilities. You will manage a single backlog, coordinate with engineering, and align with multiple product lines to maximize ROI and reusability.

This remote role sits upstream of customer-facing products, measuring success by return on the stream rather than output volume, and involves frequent collaboration across Security, Architecture, and Business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 10+ years in product management with platform/data/AI/ML products.
• Experience productizing AI/ML or agentic capabilities into shipped B2B products.
• Hands-on experience productizing platform services like workflow/orchestration, identity, entitlements.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms (Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Experience packaging data products or platform integrations.
• Data governance and security collaboration with Security/Architecture.
• End-to-end delivery ownership with backlog and outcomes.
• Proven people leadership across Engineering and business partners.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in ERP/financial/legal tech environments, preferred.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Willingness to travel 10-25%.
• Sedentary work capacity and location flexibility.
• Must be legally authorized to work in United States; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Elite's shared platform services.
• Define patterns, contracts, and adoption paths for internal customers.
• Partner with Engineering on shared infrastructure sequencing.
• Productize AI & data; turn data assets into cloud offerings.
• Shape go-to-market strategy for integrations with real-time data access.
• Define backlog around customer outcomes and ROI; drive release delivery.
• Set quarterly outcomes and guide delivery unit to high-value work.
• Lead and grow the stream's team and drive AI fluency.
• Collaborate with Security and Architecture on governance.
• Enable Sales with narratives and routing guidance for platform/tools.
• Travel as needed.
