Job summary

ABS Group Digital Solutions is seeking a Senior Director to lead platform engineering, cloud architecture, and the AI-enabled SDLC foundation for modern web and SaaS products. You will partner with product, AI, and program leadership to drive velocity, quality, and scalable delivery.

You will establish cloud and platform standards, CI/CD, IaC, observability, and developer workflows while guiding security, governance, and release discipline across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field preferred.
• 12+ years in software engineering or platform engineering.
• 5+ years leading platform engineering and cloud architecture functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the platform engineering strategy for ABS digital solutions and establish the engineering and cloud foundation for modern web and SaaS product development.
• Define and own cloud architecture patterns with an Azure-first approach.
• Establish engineering platform standards for CI/CD, infrastructure as code, environment management, observability, and operational readiness.
• Design and improve developer experience across repositories, pipelines, and workflows to reduce friction and boost productivity.
• Help define and operationalize an AI-enabled SDLC with governance, testing, and release readiness.
