• Vendor management and enterprise AI platform governance.

Responsibilities

• Defines the strategic vision, priorities, and roadmap for enterprise AI platform capabilities.
• Identifies and prioritizes high-value platform opportunities based on business value, feasibility, and adoption.
• Guides investment, sequencing, build-buy-partner, and vendor decisions for AI platform capabilities.
• Connects AI platform strategy to business strategy, data strategy, and governance goals.
• Builds alignment across business, technology, engineering, data, product management, risk, security, and governance stakeholders.
• Shapes strategic narratives and decision materials clarifying trade-offs and investments.
• Conducts market, user, and technology research to anticipate platform needs.
