Job summary

Elevance Health's CarelonRx unit seeks a Pharmacy Account Manager to develop and maintain relationships with external clients and prospects, and to reach internal health plan penetration goals through consultative skills.

The role is in-office 1-2 days per week with flexibility for productivity and work-life balance; alternate locations may be considered within commuting distance. Requires a BA/BS and at least 3 years of related experience; pharmacy license and PBM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and at least 3 years of related experience required.
• Pharmacy license or equivalent in specialty Rx strongly preferred.
• 5+ years PBM experience and client-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with external clients and prospects.
• Support regional sales and PBM field team during RFP processes.
• Contribute to recommendations for outcomes-based savings and revenue opportunities.
