Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Clinical Programs Director to lead National Accounts’ end-to-end, whole person solutions across oncology, cardiovascular disease, and other conditions, including prevention, screening and navigation. The role emphasizes collaboration with centers of excellence and senior stakeholders to improve outcomes and member experience.

The position requires in-office presence three days per week with hybrid flexibility; alternate locations are considered for commuting

Qualifications

• BS in nursing or related clinical area with minimum 6 years experience in program development, marketing, and clinical practice

Responsibilities

• Supports sales process with program presentations and advises on programmatic changes based on data.
• Designs and enhances condition-specific strategies and integrated care solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Engages providers to strengthen COE network for condition-specific solutions and improve care delivery.
• Develops relationships with regional care management groups to improve operational interfaces.
• Serves as a subject matter expert and trainer on care management issues across end-to-end solutions.
