Job summary

Directive Consulting is seeking a Director of Creative to lead the Performance Design department, blending creative craft with performance marketing and driving strategic and financial direction.

You will manage designers, project management, and motion contractors, scale the team, and partner with senior leadership to evolve the creative process that supports DiscoverabilityOS. This is a remote-first opportunity based in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative roles within performance marketing or growth-focused agency environments.
• Proven track record in managing creative teams balancing quality with business outcomes.
• Comfortable presenting department strategy and financial projections to VPs and CMOs.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative vision and quality standards for the Performance Design department.
• Ensure work meets craft and conversion benchmarks across formats.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of designers and motion contractors.
