Qualifications

• 10+ years in people analytics, with deep data science and applied research in workforce context.

• Fluency in SQL and Python or R; comfortable with cloud data environments and data workflow tooling.

Responsibilities

• Set analytical direction across workforce forecasting and organizational effectiveness.
• Co-create analytics strategy for AI-native decision tools with cross‑functional teams.
• Guide models and experimentation, ensuring rigor, bias control, and interpretability.
• Lead a distributed team of data scientists and researchers and shape the analytics roadmap.
