Intuit Inc. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Analytics Lead to join the People Data & Analytics team. This role focuses on hiring forecasting, funnel conversion modeling, and AI-native use cases across data & analytics to shape TA decisions and workforce strategy.

The successful candidate will partner with HR leaders, COEs, and business partners, translating complex data into actionable insights that improve hiring outcomes and operational excellence across Intuit.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in People Analytics, including data science roles, with 5+ years supporting Talent Acquisition analytics.
• Proven experience partnering with Talent Acquisition leadership to maintain an end-to-end analytics roadmap.
• Expertise building and interpreting hiring models, including predictive/forecast models and causal inference methods.
• Advanced SQL and fluency in Python or R with hands-on data wrangling and analysis.
• Experience scoping and measuring AI-native experiences with clear metrics linked to business outcomes.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders as an advisor and translate analysis into decisions.
• Ability to connect hiring, attrition, and internal mobility signals into a single lifecycle view.
• Experience working with Avature or other ATS systems.
• Demonstrated ownership of data governance frameworks and data quality standards.
• Passion for enabling data-driven, equitable people processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate TA and business strategy into analytical problems and generate hypotheses to inform hiring and workforce decisions.
• Develop and socialize the TA Data & Analytics roadmap and build the business case for investments.
• Define metrics holding TA and leaders accountable at the function level.
• Influence Directors and above with analyses that drive action, not just reporting.
• Connect insights across candidate and employee lifecycle into a single view.
• Benchmark forecasting, funnel, and recruiter productivity against industry standards.
• Ideate and scope AI-use cases within Talent Acquisition, measuring success at each stage of rollout.
• Drive scaled solutions: automated insights, dashboards, and reporting for TA leadership and HR.
• Own TA's data governance across Avature and the data lake, ensuring data quality.
