Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal's Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice is seeking a Director with deep expertise in Finance Transformation to lead complex engagements, elevate finance operating models, and drive value creation for portfolio companies.

You will partner with CFOs and finance leadership, guide teams, deliver actionable roadmaps, and shape our GBS/Shared Services initiatives, with travel up to 80% as required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant consulting and/or industry experience, including Finance Transformation.
• Experience developing financial analyses, business cases, roadmaps, and exec presentations.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Transformation engagements and workstreams to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Design future-state finance operating models and transformation initiatives.
• Develop roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans.
• Guide engagement teams, manage timelines, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Build client relationships with CFOs and finance leaders.
