Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Engineering Leader to translate strategy into executable plans for the New PBM Platform, guiding design, development, integration, and production readiness. You will drive performance, architecture, security, and compliance while reducing technical debt and ensuring scalable, reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or equivalent related experience.
• 12+ years of progressive software engineering or technology experience.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale teams delivering complex capabilities.
• Experience delivering within an AI-assisted software development lifecycle (AI-SDLC).
• Strong judgment, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate platform roadmap into executable engineering plans with measurable outcomes.
• Lead design, development, integration, release, and production-readiness activities.
