The Cigna Group is seeking a PBM Test Architect Principal to serve as the senior technical authority for end-to-end testing strategy, quality architecture, and release-readiness evidence across the New PBM Platform program. • Extensive experience defining enterprise-scale test strategies and governing quality across large engineering organizations.
• Proven ability to translate risk into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
• Hands-on expertise designing test approaches for complex distributed platforms, APIs, data pipelines, and legacy-modern ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain end-to-end test strategy, architecture, operating model, and quality roadmap for the PBM platform.
• Establish standards for unit, integration, end-to-end, regression, and performance testing; define release criteria and traceability.
• Own automation strategy across pipelines; govern test data management, environment strategy, and evidence automation.
