The Cigna Group is seeking a PBM Test Architect Principal to define end-to-end testing strategy and quality governance across the New PBM Platform. You will establish standards for test scope, automation, data, environments, and readiness criteria, partnering with platform, product, and enterprise teams.

This senior role leads test architecture across distributed systems, APIs, and data pipelines, and drives AI-assisted testing practices while ensuring regulatory and security compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in software testing, quality engineering, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience defining enterprise-scale test strategies and governing quality across teams.
• Ability to influence senior technical leaders without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Define end-to-end test strategy, architecture, operating model, and quality roadmap.
• Establish standards for various testing types and release readiness.
• Create reusable testing patterns and reference architectures for scale.
• Provide governance and evidence for go/no-go decisions.
