Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, or large-scale transformation leadership.
• Proven success developing and executing enterprise-scale modernization, platform, and data strategies.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders across orgs.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation in complex, regulated environments.
• Experience integrating security, compliance, risk management, and governance.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, facilitation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year modernization strategy for PBM applications, platforms, and capabilities.
• Lead transition from legacy monolithic systems to cloud-native, API-first architectures.
• Embed Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation into business workflows.
• Establish architecture governance, principles, standards, and decision records.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of enterprise architects.
• Partner with engineering leaders to ensure strategy adoption and delivery value.
