Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a PBM Test Architect Principal to serve as the senior technical authority for end-to-end testing strategy, quality architecture, and release-readiness evidence across the New PBM Platform program.

The role defines the test framework spanning platform and integrations, while partnering with platform engineering, enterprise architecture, and business readiness teams to ensure consistent quality decisions across delivery lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in software testing, quality engineering, technology architecture, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience building and governing test automation at enterprise scale, including CI/CD integration and test data management.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end test strategy and multi-year quality roadmap.
• Establish standards for unit, integration, end-to-end, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Define release criteria, evidence standards, and traceability across delivery teams.
• Create reusable testing patterns and reference architectures for platform scale.
• Align test architecture with enterprise security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
