Job summary

Exelon is seeking a senior risk leader to develop and oversee the enterprise risk management program across the company, guiding senior leadership and the Board's Audit and Risk Committee. You will steer risk reporting, monitor emerging risks, and drive processes for risk disclosures in SEC filings, capital project reviews, and cross-functional governance.

The role requires a decade in utilities with strong analytics and stakeholder engagement, plus a strategic mindset to protect long-term

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the utility industry with exposure to risk management, finance or strategy.
• 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise risk oversight and analysis (40%).
• Prepare agendas and materials for Risk Management Committee and Audit and Risk Committee meetings (30%).
• Lead special projects and ad hoc business team support on risk issues (20%).
• Manage communications, administration, budget and cross-team coordination (10%).
