Job summary

Exelon is seeking an Energy Efficiency Program Manager to assist in the development, delivery, and management of energy efficiency programs approved by the state utility commission to ensure cost recovery and minimize performance risk. You will manage the procurement of services, oversee providers, and coordinate with Marketing to maximize program impact.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering and 4–7 years (or 6–9 years without a degree) in energy conservation/energy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering and 4–7 years energy conservation / energy efficiency experience, or 6–9 years without degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, delivery, and management of energy efficiency programs approved by the state utility commission to ensure cost recovery and minimize performance risk.
• Manage the process of procuring services from subcontractors and vendors delivering energy efficiency programs to utility customers, including issuing RFPs and contract awards.
• Provide ongoing oversight of providers with performance metrics and regular progress reports; escalate and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with Marketing Promotions team to manage program communications and outreach, recruit market partners, and train the delivery network.
• Prepare program status reports and ensure regulatory compliance filings with adequate documentation.
• Ensure Accounts Payable / Receivable processes comply with company policies and SOX rules.
