Exelon is seeking a senior energy programs professional to develop, manage, and oversee energy efficiency portfolios for regulatory-approved programs. You will coordinate with planners, marketers, vendors, and auditors to ensure cost recovery and program success.

The role requires budgeting, contract oversight, and data-driven reporting to support regulatory filings and performance goals. A strong cross-functional network and communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering with 4–7 years energy efficiency experience
• Ability to work within budgets and deliver results
• Understanding of utility cost recovery mechanisms
• Ability to coordinate with engineers, vendors and subcontractors

Mansioni

• Develop and manage energy efficiency programs and evaluate measures.
• Procure services from subcontractors and vendors; issue RFPs and award contracts.
• Oversee providers with performance metrics and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with Marketing Promotions for program communications and partner outreach.
• Prepare program status reports and document regulatory filings.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable per policy.
