Exelon is seeking to enhance and manage energy efficiency programs across its service territories. You will lead program development, coordinate with planners, marketers, and contractors, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while optimizing cost recovery and performance metrics.

Ideal candidates will bring 4–7 years in energy efficiency, strong budgeting skills, and the ability to collaborate with engineers, vendors, and auditors to expand program reach and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering; 4–7 years energy efficiency experience.
• Ability to manage budgets and meet targets.
• Strong communication with engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage energy efficiency programs per state rules.
• Procure services from subcontractors and vendors; issue RFPs.
• Oversee providers; set performance metrics and review progress.
• Coordinate with Marketing to handle program communications.
• Prepare status reports and regulatory documentation.
• Ensure billing and financial controls comply with policies.
