Exelon invites applications for a role supporting energy efficiency programs within the state utility commission portfolio. You will help design, evaluate, and deliver programs, coordinating with planners, vendors, and regulatory teams to ensure cost recovery and performance.

You will oversee subcontractors, track outcomes, and maintain strong market partnerships. The position includes preparing status reports, ensuring compliance, and supporting communications with regulators and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering; 4-7 years energy conservation/energy efficiency experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work within budgets and deliver results.
• Thorough understanding of utility cost recovery mechanisms.
• Ability to coordinate with engineers, vendors and subcontractors.

Responsabilités

• Assist in development, delivery and management of energy efficiency programs as part of the approved portfolio.
• Participate with Planners and Evaluation Team in program development and evaluation.
• Procure services from subcontractors and vendors; issue RFPs and award contracts.
• Provide ongoing oversight of providers; develop performance metrics and review progress.
• Coordinate with Marketing Promotions for program communications and market outreach.
• Prepare program status reports and regulatory compliance documentation.
