Rhythm Pharmaceuticals Inc. in Boston is seeking a Director, Patient Services Training to design, develop, and deliver onboarding and capability-building programs for Patient Educator Managers, Field Access Managers, and Patient Services leaders.

You will partner with North America Training and Patient Services leadership to create scalable learning solutions that accelerate onboarding and strengthen role-specific competencies across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of related experience with 5+ years in Patient Services field.
• 2+ years in learning & development within biotech/pharma or healthcare.
• Experience designing onboarding programs and instructor-led training.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and work in a hybrid Boston office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, delivery, and continuous improvement of onboarding training for Patient Services.
• Develop curricula spanning disease state, product knowledge, systems/processes.
• Ensure consistent onboarding across Patient Services roles.
• Create scalable learning solutions to accelerate field readiness.
• Partner with leadership to implement competency-based development programs.
• Design workshops and national meetings to drive engagement and application.
