Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building CRM solutions within PSS or healthcare environments.
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud; certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical leadership across Therapeutic Areas to optimize patient experience.
• Develop and deliver trainings for trainers and business users, in person and virtual.
• Establish metrics to track value and impact of training initiatives across platforms.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Build relationships with digital stakeholders and technology partners.
