You will shape field strategy, optimize processes, and partner with Sales, Medical, Patient Services, Marketing, Finance, HR and IT to drive scalable outcomes. The role requires 10+ years in pharma field operations, expertise in incentive compensation, CRM and territory alignment, and a data-driven mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical industry with orphan/rare disease experience.
• Experience in Sales operations including incentive compensation, targeting, CRM.
• Hands-on with territory mapping software and BI tools.
• US and Canada experience; ability to work across cultures in a global org.
• Strong analytical skills; balance strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead field operations strategy across Sales, Medical and Patient Services.
• Design, implement and manage incentive compensation plans.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for field teams.
• Coordinate territory sizing, lead generation, and alignment programs.
• Oversee CRM systems and field technology investments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance and HR.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and legal standards when using data.
