Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical field operations or related areas
• Experience with incentive compensation design and CRM systems
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize field operations strategy for NA field teams
• Design and manage incentive compensation plans
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for performance metrics
• Lead territory sizing, alignment, and lead generation programs
• Oversee CRM and field technology initiatives
• Provide training and enablement to field teams
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Patient Services, Marketing, Finance, HR, Compliance, IT
