Job summary

Rhythm Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks an experienced Director, Program Management to lead cross‑functional program strategy and execution across development stages, reporting to the Head of Program Management.

Based in Boston with a hybrid work model, you will own integrated development plans, milestones, budgets, risk logs, and partner with Research, Development, Manufacturing and Commercial teams to drive program success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharma/biotech drug development with 5+ years in project/program management.
• Experience in clinical development from Phase 1 through regulatory submission.
• Ability to drive strategic thinking and collaborate across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional execution of program strategy and operations through lifecycle.
• Facilitate program core team meetings and track actions to completion.
• Develop and maintain integrated development plans, timelines, risk logs, and budgets.
• Identify interdependencies and escalate issues to sr. leadership as needed.
• Partner with functional leads to prioritize activities on the critical path.
