Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech drug development with 5+ years in program management.
• Experience in clinical development/Phase 1 through regulatory submission preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional execution of program strategy and operations across the drug development lifecycle.
• Facilitate program core team meetings; develop agendas and track actions to completion.
• Develop and maintain integrated development plans, timelines, risk logs, and budgets.
• Identify interdependencies and escalate issues to sr. leadership across functions.
• Coordinate development of presentations for Portfolio Review meetings and strategic planning.
