Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in life sciences or related field.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech PSS training with launches or field experience.
• Experience with eLearning and LMS and cross‑functional training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for PSS teams.
• Develop, implement, and measure training strategies and curricula.
• Manage the certified trainer network and field-based programs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align resources and goals.
• Track training metrics and communicate value to stakeholders.
