Regalo Health is seeking a Director, Patient Support & HUB Program Services to lead the launch and ongoing operation of a comprehensive patient support program for a new high-value oncology therapy.

This leadership role owns the end-to-end patient access journey, including benefits investigation, reimbursement support, prior authorization and appeals, patient assistance and copay programs, prescription triage, specialty pharmacy coordination, and free-goods dispensing.

Competenze

• PharmD required.
• Experience in HUB operations, reimbursement, or patient access.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage pharmaceutical-client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Lead program implementation, launch readiness, and ongoing performance.
