Job summary

UroGen Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Director of Patient Support Services to oversee its uro-oncology hub and patient support programs. The role focuses on operational leadership, complex buy-and-bill distribution, and optimizing medical benefit processes to maximize patient access.

The Director will manage vendors, PAPs, copay offerings, and cross-functional teams while ensuring compliant, data-driven program delivery. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharmaceutical operations or equivalent.
• Hands-on leader with experience in buy‑and‑bill, PAP, and copay programs.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a matrix environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hub operations and update program rules.
• Direct buy‑and‑bill processes, reimbursements, and approvals.
• Optimize prior authorization workflows and reduce administrative friction.
• Manage PAP, copay, and foundation support operations.
• Collaborate on tools and reporting with Data Insights.
• Lead cross-functional training and communications.
• Interface with Field Reimbursement Specialists to resolve claims.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and vendor performance.
