Job summary

Lumen Technologies seeks an Inside Channel Manager Senior to drive revenue with indirect sales partners and customers. You will develop partner strategies, expand relationships, and identify new business across the full Lumen portfolio, collaborating with cross- functional teams.

The role is fully remote with location preference in the Eastern United States, requiring strong sales leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in a B2B inside sales environment.
• Proven success driving revenue growth and managing customer relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales across the full Lumen portfolio and support opportunities from Small Business to Large Enterprise.
• Develop and execute cross-sell and up-sell strategies with partners and end customers.
• Coordinate resources across sales engineering, product, and operations throughout the sales cycle.
