Job summary
Veeam seeks a Director of Partner Solutions Engineering to lead a global team driving the technical adoption and integration of the Securiti AI portfolio. The role partners with channel, GSI, MSPs, and advisory firms to scale partnerships and pipeline.
The leader will build scalable partner motions, align regional capabilities, and deliver technical enablement and solutions across markets, with executive influence and strong collaboration.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in solutions engineering or related roles.
- Experience leading global teams in a matrix organization.
- Track record building technical partner programs that drive adoption and revenue.
- Experience in partner-facing or channel technical roles.
Responsibilities
- Lead a global team of Partner Solutions Engineers and technical specialists.
- Recruit, retain, and grow top technical talent with clear career paths.
- Set priorities, cadence, and accountability across regions.
- Establish standards for technical discovery, demonstrations, proofs of concept (POCs), solution design, technical enablement, and reporting.
- Build a culture of continuous technical learning and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with channel and field organizations to align strategy and enablement.
- Define global technical partner strategy and investments across regions and GSIs.
- Drive technical wins and adoption through co-selling and enablement on priority opportunities.
