Veeam is seeking a Director of Partner Solutions Engineering to lead a global team driving technical adoption and integration of the Securiti AI portfolio across channel partners, GSIs, MSPs, and advisory firms. The role requires deep data security expertise, executive collaboration, and strong operational discipline.

As a leader, you will hire, manage, and scale a team, define engagement rules, and provide enablement materials to accelerate pipeline and customer adoption of AI security

Qualifications

• Role requires strong leadership in a complex, global solutions engineering environment.
• Experience in data security, AI governance, and partner ecosystems is advantageous.
• Ability to influence executives and collaborate across channels and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Partner Solutions Engineers and technical specialists.
• Recruit, retain, and develop top technical talent with clear career paths.
• Set regional priorities, performance expectations, cadence, and accountability.
• Establish standards for technical discovery, demonstrations, POCs, solution design, enablement, and reporting.
• Build a collaborative team culture centered on continuous learning, certification, and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with channel and field organizations to drive technical strategy and enablement for Securiti AI opportunities.
• Define engagement rules to preserve Partner Managers' ownership while PSE leads technical strategy and presales for AI opportunities.
• Equip teams with content, reference architectures, and support to win with Securiti AI.
• Align sales, technical, marketing, services, and customer success to accelerate outcomes.
