Job summary

Veeam is seeking a results-driven Director, Partner Solutions Engineering to lead a global team focused on data and AI security solutions. You will drive technical adoption, align with channel partners, GSIs, MSPs, and strategic alliances to accelerate pipeline and customer success.

You’ll build scalable partner motions, establish standards for discovery, demos, and POCs, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solutions engineering or related fields.
• Experience leading global teams and partner programs.
• Deep cybersecurity, data security, AI security expertise.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a global Partner Solutions Engineering team.
• Define partner technical strategy with channel and field teams.
• Equip partners with technical enablement and reference architectures.
