Job summary

DoorDash seeks a Manager on our Partner Integrations team to manage integrations with point-of-sale systems and aggregators used by our top restaurant partners. You will lead a team of Technical Account Managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market initiatives, data analysis, issue triaging, and client relationship management.

You will drive alignment with senior leaders, balance ambiguity with execution, and help the team build AI fluency to improve integration

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical program management, solutions engineering, technical account management, strategy & operations, or related fields with a track record of owning complex, high‑impact initiatives.
• Strong technical fluency, especially in API‑based integrations, with the ability to speak with product, engineering, and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools responsibly to accelerate analysis, documentation, issue investigation, workflow automation, or decision‑making; experience building prompts, lightweight agents, or AI‑enabled processes is a plus.
• Proven experience managing others, with strong people leadership instincts even in hybrid IC/Manager roles.
• Experience driving results in cross‑functional environments with competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate capacity trade-offs, manage risk, and communicate priorities to senior stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience working with tools like SQL to support analysis and issue investigation.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Own the success of our partner integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams, third party partners, and internal business stakeholders.
• Identify, resolve, and elevate day‑to‑day integration‑related issues.
• Serve as the voice of DoorDash in managing external relationships with our partners, leading implementation and process improvement.
• Partner with product, engineering, and growth operations to discover & drive opportunities for improvement that come from data analysis, AI‑assisted investigation, and scalable workflow automation, and develop strategies to build and scale our integration platform.
• Help define the integrations roadmap in collaboration with other product and operations owners, including opportunities where AI‑enabled tooling can improve integration quality, self‑service, and operational leverage
