Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Manager on our Partner Integrations team to lead integrations with POS systems and aggregators used by top restaurant partners. You will manage a team of Technical Account Managers and coordinate go-to-market, data analysis, issue triage, and partner relationships.

Qualifications

6+ years in technical program management or related fields.
Strong API integration fluency; able to communicate with product/engineering.
Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis and automation.
Proven people leadership in hybrid IC/Manager roles.
Cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, and operations.
Experience with SQL for analysis and issue investigation.

Responsibilities

Own the success of partner integrations across teams.
Identify, resolve, and escalate integration issues.
Represent DoorDash to external partners and manage relationships.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and growth to drive improvements with data and AI.
Define the integrations roadmap with stakeholders.
