Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Manager for the Partner Integrations team to lead a group of Technical Account Managers and oversee integrations with POS systems and aggregators used by top restaurant partners.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and growth operations to strategize go-to-market initiatives, analyze data, triage issues, and manage client relationships. This role emphasizes leadership, ambiguity navigation, and building scalable AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management, solutions engineering, technical account management, strategy & operations, or related fields.
• Strong technical fluency, especially in API-based integrations, with ability to speak with product, engineering, and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools responsibly to accelerate analysis, documentation, issue investigation, workflow automation, or decision‑making.
• Proven experience managing others, with strong people leadership in hybrid IC/Manager roles.
• Experience driving results in cross-functional environments with competing priorities.
• Hands-on experience working with SQL to support analysis and issue investigation.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Own the success of partner integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams, third party partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify, resolve, and expand day-to-day integration-related issues.
• Serve as the voice of DoorDash in managing external relationships with partners; lead implementation and process improvement.
• Partner with product, engineering, and growth operations to discover and drive opportunities from data analysis, AI-assisted investigation, and scalable workflow automation.
• Help define the integrations roadmap with product and operations owners, including AI-enabled tooling to improve quality and self-service.
