Job summary

Zenith, a leading Publicis Groupe media agency, seeks a Director to lead programmatic campaigns across Display, Social, Mobile, Native and Video. You will guide education for clients, drive education within the team, and identify new revenue opportunities while mentoring 4–6 direct reports.

You will report to the Director with daily interaction with the Vice President. You will oversee health of accounts, collaborate with Strategy and Activation teams, and ensure campaigns meet client goals

Qualifications

Four-year college degree required.
Understanding of programmatic digital media planning & buying elements.
Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
Ability to organize and manage detailed work, independently and balance multiple tasks.
7+ years of integrated marketing agency experience in programmatic media buying.
3+ years of people management experience (3–5 reports).
Full working knowledge of programmatic technology, DSPs, ad networks and PMPs.

Responsibilities

Oversee programmatic strategy and campaign proposals across Display, Video, Social, Native and Mobile.
Mentor 4–6 direct reports and lead knowledge-sharing sessions.
Manage client deliverables to align with goals and vision.
Contribute to new business through strategic insights and staffing decisions.
Promote best practices in programmatic media buying across the organization.
