Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent.
• 5+ years of social media experience in performance media; client side or agency preferred
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in managing and leading a team of performance media specialists
• Proven experience managing large-scale performance media campaigns; experience with social commerce campaigns a plus
• Expert understanding of channel landscape, buying platforms and new / evolving product offerings
• Experience with campaign management/ad serving technology (i.e. Double Click, DoubleVerify and social platforms: Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest & Snapchat)
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Oversee paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit and Snapchat ensuring on-time delivery and budget.
• Lead the development of data-driven performance media plans aligned with client objectives.
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to junior team members.
• Build strong client relationships and communicate opportunities, risks and impacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure unified communication and efficient processes
• Analyze paid social performance data to extract insights and actionable next steps
• Drive adoption of best practices and continuous improvement within the team
