The role partners with senior leaders to define the behaviors, ways of working, and decision-making needed to support the business strategy and drive measurable outcomes.

The position focuses on connecting culture change to business results, strengthening leadership accountability, and building a more collaborative global organization.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in organizational effectiveness or related fields.
• Proven track record in transforming culture within complex, global organizations.
• Ability to influence and challenge C-suite executives effectively.
• Hands-on experience in change management and measuring adoption.
• Exceptional facilitation skills for executive teams.
• Strong commercial judgment linking culture to business outcomes.
• Experience in regulated environments like pharmaceuticals or healthcare preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Organizational Effectiveness & Culture Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will shape the organization’s culture and operating effectiveness by partnering with senior leaders to define the behaviors, ways of working, and decision-making needed to support the business strategy. The director will connect culture change to measurable business outcomes, strengthen leadership accountability, and help build a more collaborative and effective global organization. This position also plays a key role in designing repeatable change management approaches that improve adoption across the enterprise.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually
