• High emotional intelligence and sound judgment, adept at navigating complex global organizations.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, R&D Strategy Execution & Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead high-priority research and development transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation, with a strong focus on measurable execution and enterprise-wide alignment. The position will shape program management discipline across complex global workstreams, helping turn ambiguous priorities into structured plans and tangible outcomes. The ideal candidate will partner closely with functional leaders and senior executives to improve governance, operating models, and performance management across the R&D organization.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $223,400 – $293,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority R&D transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation, ensuring measurable outcomes.
